Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date.
To be eligible for a return, your item must:
- Be unused and in its original condition.
- Be returned in its original packaging, whenever possible.
- Include all original accessories and components.
Before returning any item, you must contact us at info@zestmalls.com to request a return authorization.
Please note that our return address is not publicly listed on our website. Once your return request has been reviewed and approved, we will send you the appropriate return address by email.
Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Used products.
- Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling by the customer.
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery.
- Gift cards (if applicable).
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order at info@zestmalls.com.
To help us process your request quickly, please include:
- Your order number.
- A description of the issue.
- Clear photos of the item and its packaging.
We will review your claim and provide an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement or a refund.
Refunds
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding the status of your refund.
If your refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was defective, damaged, or sent in error by Zestmalls.
